What are the minimum computer configuration requirements I need to study an UOC course?
Your computer should have:

  • CPU: pentium IV, between 1GHz and 2GHz
  • RAM Memory: 1 GB (1024 Mb)
  • Monitor resolution: 1024 x 768 Pixels
  • CD and DVD drive


What kind of Internet connection do I need to study a UOC course?
Your connection should be broadband, ADSL or cable.

I have forgotten my password and cannot log in to the Virtual Campus. How can I get a reminder of my password? 
If you have forgotten your password, you can create a new one by answering your secret question. Remember that, to be able to use the service, you first have to have chosen and answered your secret question on the Virtual Campus.

Should you not have entered this information or not remember your username, you need to get in touch with the IT Helpline by phoning 902 20 50 50 within Spain or +34 93 396 10 84 from outside Spain or use our online form.
