Your computer should have:
- CPU: pentium IV, between 1GHz and 2GHz
- RAM Memory: 1 GB (1024 Mb)
- Monitor resolution: 1024 x 768 Pixels
- CD and DVD drive
What kind of Internet connection do I need to study a UOC course?
Your connection should be broadband, ADSL or cable.

If you have forgotten your password, you can create a new one by answering your secret question. Remember that, to be able to use the service, you first have to have chosen and answered your secret question on the Virtual Campus.
