Are the studies entirely virtual? Or will I have to go to Spain to take any exams?
The UOC is an entirely online university. Students residing in Spain have the option of continuous assessment or of taking a final exam, which is administered in one of the UOC´s centres in Spain. Students residing abroad are assessed throughout the course over the Internet.

How does the Virtual Library work?
The Virtual Library permits access to all information resources. The Catalogue and the Digital Collection include both physical-format documents: books, journals, videos, CD-ROM, CD-I, and electronic and digital documents, which you can access straight from the bibliographic record. We also provide you with access to other catalogues from around the world.
As a complement to all of this information, the Virtual Library also offers research and learning, bibliographical information, documentary searches, information literacy training and a range of customised services that will facilitate, complement and allow you to carry out your work easily and efficiently.
How old do I have to be to study at the UOC?
There are no age requirements to study at the UOC. You only have to have the previous education the specific course requires.
