The Advisory Board is made up of around 40 experts from a range of disciplines and sectors who work on and research the innovative uses and possibilities of technologies in the field of education. Together they fully understand the educational and technological reality in the countries of Ibero-America, which means that they will be able to identify the specific issues in each country and make proposals for the future.
The working methodology involves adapting the Delphi technique and working together on a wiki. This forum is to be used to record the materials, discussions, and decisions to be taken into account when drafting the final report. A face-to-face meeting is then planned in Puebla, on 14, 15 and 16 April, to look in greater depth at the subject areas identified as relevant, and to draft the conclusions for the report.
The open publication of the working process on a wiki looks to share knowledge, improve the documentation and allow contributions from third parties. Indeed, any resource tagged on delicious.com with hz10ib will be added to the Wiki’s selection of Tagged Links (http://ibero.wiki.nmc.org/Delicious+Tagging).
